Purchase agreements are concluded when you have completed an order and we have sent an order confirmation to you by e-mail.
In case of obvious errors (e.g. wrong price, printing errors, etc.) we reserve the right to correct the error in retrospect. If you are not satisfied with our correction, you are of course entitled to cancel your order. We also reserve the right not to make an order in case the product is out of stock or in the case of technical failure.
For now, we use two payment solutions – credit card payment and PayPal. Once your credit card payment has been processed, or once PayPal has approved your payment, we will ship your goods.
In the future, we plan to integrate Klarna invoice service as an alternate payment solution. Klarna makes it easy, flexible and safe for you to shop online. By answering a few questions, you identify easily and you can choose the payment method that suits you best. Full terms for Klarna invoice can be read here.
If you want to become a reseller, please contact us via email. Retailers have the opportunity to pay via bank transfer or bankgiro.
For items in stock, we aim to ship your order within 2 business days. Deliver time in Sweden is usually 1-2 work days. In rare cases delivery can take longer. Sometimes the mail sorts wrong and then delivery time may be several days. For items not in stock, delivery time may take longer, and an approximate delivery time for these products may vary. We will try to communicate with you if we anticipate a longer delivery time.
Shipping & handling fees are based on the weight and size of the order placed. We always chose the most economical shipping method. If you need your goods as soon as possible, please email at hello @ wyldstudio.com us to work out faster shipping and delivery services. Orders are processes in and from Stockholm, Sweden unless otherwise noted in the product description.
Once your package(s) has arrived at its Servicepoint, it must be collected within 14 days to prevent it from returning. For return / unpaid package, a return fee of 150kr is charged. If you have entered an incorrect address at the time of ordering and the delivery of this reason is not available to you, we are not required to refund you or resend the order. Also, Wyld is not responsible for payment of any customs or border fees on international orders.
In rare cases, delivery time can take much longer, up to 4 weeks. Such delays are completely beyond our control and we can not be held responsible for these. In rare cases, packages can also disappear completely.
Our policy is to wait 4 weeks before we can see that a shipment is lost. Only after 4 weeks from order date can we make a refund or return the order.
We are happy to arrange local pick up or delivery on your orders in Stockholm, Sweden. Please use the code STOCKHOLM during checkout to receive free shipping and we will email you once we receive your order to work out the details.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned. One-of-a-kind or limited edition products may not be eligible for returns or refunds. Products that can be returned must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. Please include a copy of your receipt or email it to us at hello @ wyldstudio.com. Shipping costs are nonrefundable and customers are responsible for shipping products back to Wyld. Please email us if you decide to exchange or return a product for credit and we will keep an eye out for your shipment.
If you receive a package and your item is damaged or in need of repair please email us directly at hello @ wyldstudio.com .
You also have the right to undo your purchase before we have shipped the product. Contact us immediately to let us know that you regret your order, and we will cancel it. Wyld will refund the prepaid amount within 10 working days of your request.
